4. After completing the application, please gather the necessary documents, including your Driver's License or State Issued Identification, Social Security Card, and your last 2 Check Stubs or Bank Statements (as proof of income).

6. Once you have successfully submitted the required documents, call our office and Let us know that you have completed the application process and specify if you are a Section 8 applicant eligible for the no security deposit option.

7. Our leasing manager will then work with you to schedule a self-showing of the property you are interested in.
