🌻 Your Ideas, Your Community:
Join us in developing our new earth-friendly, holistic, creative community! Because this is an actively developing homestead, you will have the opportunity to co-create and share your ideas/input to guide the course of our community. From designing communal areas to brainstorming sustainability projects, your voice matters here. This is NOT a typical rental situation and as such we are not looking for roommates but community members - people who want to connect and actively participate in activities and growing things!

🌱 The Space:
Fall in love with this 3400sqft ranch house being remodeled to have 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, a movement studio space and an enchanted forest library. It sits on a half acre lot full of potential so share your ideas and love of nature to bring the wild back into our yard! We value cleanliness, mindfulness and conscientious use of resources. There will be expectations/responsibilities but the goal is for everyone to have a voice in the decision-making process with open/kind communication.

🎨 Express yourself, Your Way:
We are all into various forms of artistic expression and plan to host a number of activities including partner dance, flow arts, music jams, book clubs, sound baths, etc. So bring your own unique skills, interests and activities and help us create a welcoming and safe environment for creativity, play and growth! A green thumb is a plus as we start cultivating the outdoor space!

🌻 Details:
The bedrooms will be move-in ready by May 1st but some flexibility may be needed around delays on the common spaces and other design projects. We value honesty and transparency around finances so rent is based on the sqft of each room and will be discussed (and negotiated) as a community to ensure everyone has a sense of agency. Currently there are 2 rooms available with shared bathrooms for 900 & 925. Utilities separate. There is a dog (see picture) and cat already on the property. Additional pets on a case by case basis.
