The quality far outweighs the rent prices. For a one bedroom one bathroom apartment, I pay about $1,050. For the amount of stuff needing to be fixed consistently, them having paint over stuff every month or two, and their policies with pets as well as trying to charge you extra for things out of your control; there is no “value” here. It’s a nice place, it puts a roof over my head. But at what cost.
