The kitchen flows nicely into the living space and features all appliances, and updated flooring.

The dining space is located in the same area as these two living spaces. Off the dining space, you will find one of the largest patios in the entire complex! You could easily fit a large patio table for entertaining. One designated carport and other open parking are available.

There is a $30.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older.

$10 Monthly HVAC filter fee will be due in addition to rent.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.

A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00 will be due at lease signing and a $350.00 non-refundable floor cleaning fee will be due at the end of the lease.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 7 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 7 days of the expected availability date.

Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $40 mo/rent and pet screening per pet prior to move in. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals.
