INCOME ELIGIBILITY
Your gross monthly income must be minimum two and a half (2.5) times the amount of the monthly rent.
Cats welcome with an additional $10/month pet fee, and $100 pet deposit. No dogs allowed.

RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS
We will review each of the following areas to determine the eligibility of each household that has made application for the apartment.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
This report must come back free of any convictions. All Felony convictions will result in the rejection of the applicant and misdemeanors will be reviewed on an individual basis.
CREDIT HISTORY
An evaluation of your credit history will be made, taking into account your payment history types of trade items, number of credit inquiries, total outstanding balances, and other information supplied on the credit report.
EVICTION AND LANDLORD COMPLAINT CHECKS
We will check for evictions or recorded landlord complaints, payment history, and adherence to your current and past leases.
LANDLORD REFERENCES
Your current and previous landlords will be contacted to verify you tenancy, you must have been listed as Lessee, timeliness of rental payments, and other tenancy related issues.
INCOME VERIFICATION
All sources of income must be verifiable by most recent paystub or tax information.
*If one of these criteria are not met, and all other information is positive, a cosigner may be needed.
