Verified residentReview source: verified residentWe have been paying for pest control and nobody has ever come to spray or anything! I have been here since April this year and have killed probably over 50 roaches. If you’re gonna charge for it you ought to do the job. Also the pool hours are terrible. You need to get key cards so people don’t have to sign into the office and let residents know what day you will be cleaning it. And it needs to be open later. Each time I’ve tried to go swimming it’s been closed for cleaning and I can’t find out that out without walking to the office because nobody answers their phone or send out emails.
