The living area is open and well lit. The kitchen includes a recently upgraded refrigerator and large pantry.
There is a large wood deck in backyard that feels private and rustic.

Rent will be $2000 a month for a one year lease. A security deposit along with the first month's rent are due at lease signing. Excellent credit is required, applicants must show proof of income and be able to provide a rental reference.
The home will be available at the beginning of July and showings will be at a mutually convenient time. Note that, given the interest expressed last time it was available, the house will most likely be rented relatively quickly.
