This place is a complete joke! We were set to move in in August and viewed the apartment at the condition it was left. They extended the move in day and said it would be move in ready to come and view it again exactly the same. Filthy, moldy, smelly, not cleaned at all or repainted, there was pee and fecal in the toilets, door boarders were cracked and door had scratches and holes, dead rodents on the floor, smell of smoke. They said they would have it ready and before handing the money because they wanted 2,500 to move in, still the apartment was the same and never done. Lots of empty words and promises and then offered another "Move-in" ready apartment and was the same. Not ready. Maintenence said that they had four available and all of them weren't ready to move in. They stated " Why would she show them without being ready?" We said she said they were ready. I can tell there is absolutely zero communication, maintenance men are unexperienced, they pay residents to help them clean (very unprofessional), they seem to be housing immigrants who are in need of a place and will take anything. When they said our apartment would be ready but was not they expected a payment and I told them absolutely not until this apartment is complete. I tried to make a deal with offering 2000 and receive the 500 once we clean it ourselves and they come paint the apartment but refused my proposal and gave my apartment to another family. Manager was never in office and never answered the phone. Drove by and no one was ever there. Spoke to many residents and they said the same. "They are never there!" They mentioned it's always been that way! Clearly management company is also a joke. Rose life management is a big no no. Reviews are under a 2.0 and it's only because most people are force to rate it. If I had to truly rate it would be a big 0! Rose life management have other properties through the united states and all have bad reviews and reputation! I am unsure how this place is still running business. Furthermore, manger went on maternity leave and left an unexperienced person to handle the work who did not know anything about office management. I will be going to court and contacting all local news!
