Property DescriptionQuiet, peaceful, restored home on a nature preserve, and only 10 minutes to downtown! 1-12 months lease
More pics coming, as we get it fully set up! A true gem, backing up to a nature preserve, yet it's just 10 minutes from downtown St Pete and 15 minutes to the beach. The lot itself is 8,276 square feet and it backs up to a 14 acre nature preserve. There's not a house behind you for 100 yards! Plenty of space for the dogs to run. The yard is massive, with a mature salt pine for shade, palm trees, and giant monstera plants. Plenty of sunny and shady place to garden, if that's your thing. The "landscape" consists of pineapple plants, lemongrass, and society garlic, and purslane.
The house has been restored back to original where I could, and upgraded in the Kitchen, second bath, flooring, etc. I tried to keep it as true to the Mid Century Vibe, yet still modernizing. No one has lived in it since the renovations. There are 2 large bedrooms on one side of the house and the other side has a garage that was converted. They each have high end, Avocado hybrid memory foam mattresses-over $2000 each. You will sleep well! You could use it as a private bedroom with its own separate bathroom, or a den, media room, whatever you'd like. I have additional beds and furniture if you want a different set up.
The house is wired for sound! I also have it smart home enabled, but every switch is mechanical as a back up. And if you prefer, I can remove the devices as well. I get it!
I do take pets, but ask that cats are fixed.
The two large bedrooms on the left side as you enter share the full bath in the middle.
There's a living room and family room for separate spaces for people to relax or watch TV.
The garage conversion could be its own thing, with a locking door and separate entrance and bathroom. I'm calling it Bedroom 3 in the listing, but I'm open. It's got a sectional couch in it for the time being.
This neighborhood is ultra quiet-no noise or light pollution! You can see the stars so brightly!
Basically, you've got Pinellas Point vibes without the Pinellas Point price. And the entire nature preserve!
