Sliding doors to the back patio where you can relax and enjoy your coffee. The 2 bedrooms and master bathroom are upstairs. The community has a pool and clubhouse. Laundry room on site. Application fee is $75. HOA approval is also required and the additional application fee is $100. Available on 10/01/2025. Call for a showing.
