Verified residentII moved in a little over 2 month ago, I was wowed by leasing agent Daniela. I havent been staying in the apartment at all, I go for a few hours on Sundays and seldomly a few hours on Saturday. i came to my apartment this past Saturday to find a letter taped to my door threatening a $ 75.00 fine because you claim my garbage was left in comon area. I havent even thrown garbage out from that apartment, so this makes me furious, i want to know how you claim the garbage to be mine.
