    Moving in was smooth, however the first 3 days were a bit rough. Someone tried to get into my car, had issues with small roaches, and the noise from the washer from upstairs apartment it's very disturbing as well as the running up and down the stairs. And the smell of things being smoked. Other than that, I absolute love it. I've learnt to tune it off the noise, since I go to sleep super early. Just wish that the upstairs neighbor would balance the washer so it will not pound on the floor trying to make a whole. But that's first floor living I guess!and on the amenities only have a 3, because I'm still waiting for the gym to open. I was told in March, now is May. My coworker who also lives there, was told shortly like 3-4+ months ago.... Apartment Living I guess.
