4. Background check for each occupant 18+.
5. No previous evictions.

All applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. Applying to lease the property does not guarantee approval or create a binding lease agreement. A completed application consists of the requirements below.

Application Requirements

Each occupant 18+ must meet all requirements.

In addition to a completed online application the following items will be required.
1. Proof of Income
a. Employment: Last 60 days of pay stubs
b. Self Employment: Copy of last 2 years tax returns

2. Copy of Photo ID

3. Additional Income may include retirement income, child support, second employment, life insurance ect.

4. Bank Statements
a. All Applicants: Prior 2 month personal bank statements
b. Self-employed: prior 6 months personal bank statements

Date Available: May 1st 2026 (or Sooner) $2,299/month rent. $2,299/security deposit required (Additional fees will apply for any pets).
