Park Apartments

The person whom I met with was very pleasant and very nice I felt he was very helpful and interested in me and he even had a very great demeanor given the circumstances that he was experiencing. He said he had to come to park place to fill in for the person who's usually there..he explained he would love to show me the actual unit that was available but he didn't have access to those keys and that he was waiting for the individual who had the keys to arrive ..given the situation I asked if the unit was similar to the one we were in and he said yes their similar so I told him I understood what he was dealing with and that I was very interested in the one-bedroom apartment that was available and he asked me to leave my information and thatt he'd get back intouch with me..since I'd already submitted an application online ..was a very satisfying encounter and I appreciate his professionalism an his eagerness ..if I could I'd say he was quite the professional agent 😏 😉

My kitchen counter was done incorrectly and they promised to replace it. Someone came to look at it once and it still isnt fixed. I also found that i can not open any of my windows which is a fire hazard since i only have 1 entrance/exit if a fire started in the front of the apartment I'm unable to get out a window in my back bedroom. The apartment was filthy when i moved in, the front door needs painted and the patios are dangerous and cost me 278.00 when my dog slipped off of it whe it was wet
