You also have your own entrance and area to park your car.

On the photos you see that there is a large bathroom that is literally the size of a bedroom. It has a shower and a bath tub / one bathroom sink and one toilet with a window.

Apart from the bathroom, is the actual room that can fit up to 2 queen size bed and extra furniture. It comes with a private little kitchen in the corner next to the master window where you are able to open and get some fresh air while cooking.

This also includes water, electricity and WIFI.

You have your own A/C unit to control to your liking.

NO PETS ALLOWED PLEASE.

I will have a 6 month contract for this rental. (more details will be provided once we go over the contract).

To move in I am asking for $3,750 which includes the first month and the last month of the contract if you decide to move out. It also includes the security deposit of $750.00.

I am allowing up to 2 adults to stay in the premises.

I live in a good area with respectful neighbors. I am also a few blocks away from Cutler Bay Middle School if you have any children.
