This spacious 4 bed, 2 bath home in west Fort Collins is in a great location only ten minutes from downtown or five minutes from the CSU campus. In walking or biking distance to lots of eateries, breweries, and activities. This property includes a large one car garage and a large fenced-in yard with deck out back! Small pets will be considered with a refundable $300 deposit each and $35 a month pet rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities- electric, gas, water/sewer, and trash.

Regular security deposit is equal to one month's rent. All party members must apply separately, background and credit checks will be performed on each applicant. A one time $150 admin fee applies to this unit.
