The current tenants (who lived here the past 7 years) wanted to share what they love about the place: We love the neighborhood, the ability to walk to King Soopers or Krazy Karl's. The amount of biking and walking paths surrounding Rigden Farms is fantastic. We have made the patio into a wonderful, private and beautiful sitting area that is wonderful. It is very quiet here, we have never heard any of our neighbors and have never had any type of noise disturbances in 7 years.

Past tenants have also shared: A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, close to grocery store and gas station, close to the city but far enough away to avoid traffic and the hustle/bustle, 2 car garage with room for storage, stays cool in the summer but not cold during the winter, never need to shovel snow!, nice walking/bike paths nearby, shaded patio, walk to the nice church, Liberty Common high school is across the street is ranked in the top 3 in the state, close to Fort Collins high school, the unit itself is very spacious, easy access to the city or I-25, the finished basement, utilities are very reasonable, close to large shopping complex.

Owner pays for water, tenant pays gas and electric.
