The primary suite is located on the 3rd floor and the guest suite is on the 1st floor upon entry. Bonus features include a disco ball on the main floor, a laundry room, powder room off the main living area, central air conditioning, and a 1-car attached garage. Walking distance to Ciancio Park, Michelin star restaurant The Wolf's Tailor, Huckleberry Roasters, The Monkey Barrell, and a variety of other coffee, food, and drink options. Biking distance to Tennyson Street, LoHi, and downtown Denver. Quick access to I-70 to get to the mountains or the airport. *Approved applications require at least ten (10) business days before we can accommodate a move-in, regardless of the unit availability date. Availability date is subject to change. This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. Two pets under 20lbs are negotiable (sorry, no fish tanks allowed). A monthly pet fee and security deposit will apply if approved. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent is required. In addition to the deposit, there is a $200 lease administration fee due upon lease signing. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
