Property Description5765 Tuckerman Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918
3 Bed | 2 Full Bath | 1,666 Sq Ft | 2-Car Garage | Available Immediately | Lease length negotiated at time of application approval.
5765 Tuckerman Drive is a well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath split-level home with 1,666 square feet in the Vista Grande Terrace neighborhood of northeast Colorado Springs, within walking distance of George Fellows Park. The home has an amenity most rentals don't: a backup generator on a professional maintenance plan, so the lights stay on even when the neighborhood grid goes down.
The home has received recent updates, including new interior paint and new landscaping with both mulch and rock. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. LVP and tile flooring run through the main living areas, and the layout includes a living room, a separate family room, and a dining area. The living space is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace with a brick hearth and mantle.
The primary bedroom has its own attached full bath, and two additional bedrooms share the second full bathroom. A finished basement adds extra living and storage space. The laundry room comes with a washer and dryer included, and the home has cental air conditioning and gas heat for year-round comfort.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard has an expansive patio surrounded by mature trees and an outdoor fire pit. The 2-car garage provides off-street parking and extra storage. George Fellows Park is about a 7-minute walk down Tuckerman Drive, and the home sits in an established neighborhood with easy access to major roads.
