This unit will be available August 1, 2026. The first month's rent and security deposit (equal to one-month's rent) will be required along with a signed lease agreement to secure the unit as your own. $30/mo additional fee for up to two cats. No dogs allowed on the property.

Located off of Del Mar Parkway and Colfax Avenue by Fletcher Plaza, this triplex is blocks from to numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, including Walmart Neighborhood Market. The Library is across the street. Just minutes away are the Stanley Marketplace, Fitzsimons Medical Center, and I-225. As for schools, Dayton Elementary School and Aurora West College Preparatory Middle School are only two-blocks away.
