Includes private alley entrance along with driveway & patio. 3 adults max, and no more than 4 occupants total. NO PETS & NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Every adult moving in must submit an application and go through background screening & credit check ($50 per adult) . Credit score must be 680+. All documents will be verified, and must show a monthly gross income of 2.5x the rent cumulatively. Tenants must carry renters insurance, must have proof of insurance before moving in, which will also be verified. Monthly rental rate includes trash, water, sewer and landscaping only. Tenant to pay for all other utilities and services needed (internet, pest, electricity, gas, cable, etc). Gas stove is the only appliance included.
