“We love living here, we love the space. Not crazy about the overall location and wish it wasn't so dense in the neighborhood in general but we love management our apartment and amenities and the maitenence crew is awesome! The rental rates in San Diego are a bit out of control and we do wish it was a bit less expensive but it is worth it for the pool and other amenities etc”

“Great staff and the maintenance is always on top of things. Parking is not the best, wish there were additional visitor parking. Amenities are good. The pool doesn't seem to have enough chlorine on the weekends, it gets nasty and foggy. I recommend turning on the pool to cycle at night on Friday and Saturday evenings so they pool can be somewhat clean over the weekend. I used a chlorine test strip and it was very low on Friday evening.”

“I love the location but it is noisy place. I have several complaint about my upstair neighbor’s noise. I couldn’t get a result about it. Heavy footsteps, constantly through heavy stuff on their floor which is my roof. Apart from that, smoke odor is normal everyday. It means some people smoke without care. Those are the main problems I have in my side. Talking about the rent amount, it looks like a little excessive if I take into account the poor maintenance of the washer, dryer, stove, microwave and so on. Apart from that, I don’t have any complaint to add.”
