Huge 2 bedroom downstairs apartment in a historcal building with lots of charm! Huge windows provide lots of natural light throughout the apartment. There is a huge living room with windows overlooking the canyon & the trees. There is a faux fireplace with a mantel in the living room, and a large dining room with enough space for a large dining table. Hardwood floors throughout. Vintage galley kitchen has lots of cupboards, and plenty of counter space. There is an in-unit laundry room too! Nice sized bright bedrooms with ceiling fans. Great walkable neighborhood, just 2 blocks to Balboa park, across the street from Maple Canyon Preserve with lots of walking trails. Excellent location! Street parking only.
