Verified residentReview source: verified residentI gave the rating because the outside is always nasty and the dog owners don't pick up there dogs feces. The stairs, the entrance doors and the hallway on the first floor always reaks of really strong nasty smelling dog urine , it's big dog feces on the dirt. Theres no area or grass for the dogs or for the owners to take there dogs to properly pee . The dog owners don't even care where there dog pee at and for us tenants who don't have dog or animals such as myself have to suffer every time I'm walking into the apartment complex. The management aren't stressing enough to make sure the dog owners are picking up after there dogs. It's the nastiest smell ever I can't stand it . It's everyday since I moved in 8 months ago. The homeless break in I just got my car broken into last week and they stole all my paper work and important papers.
