Trade the traffic for salt air. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo sits half a block from the sand in Oxnard, a laid-back coastal town between Malibu and Santa Barbara. Step inside to an open, light-filled layout that flows out to a generous private yard, made for weekend barbecues and morning coffee. Granite finishes the kitchen and baths, and the guest bedroom comes with a bonus loft that works as a play area, a sleeping nook, or a quiet hideaway. Restaurants, the yacht clubs, and the local farmers market are a short stroll away. On the water, surf, paddle board, swim, or hop a boat to Channel Islands National Park. When the inland heat builds, this is where you cool off. Spend your days on the sand and end them watching the sky turn orange over the Pacific. Turnkey and ready when you are: * Fully furnished: bring your suitcase and you're home * All appliances included plus in-unit washer and dryer * Private garage with extra storage for boards, bikes, and beach gear * Maximum occupancy: 4 * Tenant responsible for all utilities
