I'm looking only for renters who are planning to stay for 6 to 12 months or more even though you'd ALWAYS have the right to give 30 days' notice. Will consider one small dog under 30 lbs (there's a doggy door leading to a gated side yard).

This unit is a recently completed addition to my 4-bedroom house in one of the best sections of Huntington Beach (2 miles from the ocean). Has its own separate street address &- mailbox. Full size washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, multi-cooker, blender, Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, towels/linens/blankets, WiFi, 2 TVs with Roku, Netflix, AppleTV, Paramount+. Ceiling fans, AC/heater combo (220volt), full XL mattress, good closet space and extra-large dresser drawers. Utilities (gas, electric, & water) are also included.
$2000 security deposit required (fully credited towards last month's rent if you give the proper 30 days' notice).

As this is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is adjacent to my own residence, I am ONLY seeking tenants who will respect the quiet hours of the property. I also have a STRICT policy that this is a 100% smoke-free and drug-free property (including no smoking, vaping, or cannabis). NON-SMOKERS ONLY!

I'm a 76-year-old retiree, live alone with my dog, very quiet.
