This unit is a recently completed addition to my 4-bedroom house in one of the best sections of Huntington Beach (2 miles from the ocean). Has its own separate street address & mailbox (it's a fully permitted "ADU"). Full size washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, blender, Keurig, toaster, dishes, cookware, silverware, towels/linens/blankets, WiFi, TV with Netflix, Paramount+, AppleTV, Roku, A/C, ceiling fans, full XL mattress, good closet space & large dresser drawers. Utilities are also included.

I require a $2500 security deposit (fully credited towards last month's rent if you give the proper 30 days notice). Looking for a mature individual who's generally the quiet type. Prefer someone who wouldn't be bringing in regular guests or visitors as this is adjacent to my own residence and I value my peace and quiet. NON-SMOKER ONLY. Also no 420, drugs or vapor, and no loud music or musical instruments.
