Verified residentReview source: verified residentNoisy, arguing neighbors, not great location, no private outside area, rent too high and I have never paid for water, trash, street sweeping, sewer ridiculous and we pay water but they lock the spigot on my porch. Every place I've ever rented I only paid gas and electric and I was able to use my hose.

The people that live there are very disrespectful they leave beer bottles all over the place. Nothing gets fix right at all it is just best not to say anything and just take care of it yourself
