Available Aug 1st. Home is occupied currently. This unique large home has 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All tile or vinyl plank flooring throughout home. Walk in to the main living room, off to the left there is 2 guest rooms and a bathroom then the 2nd smaller kitchen, another living space, Laundry and another bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs you will find the main large kitchen along with 3 other bedrooms with bathrooms. One has it's own private entrance. There is a backyard and even a rooftop patio to hang out and bbq. Home is less than 2 miles from ASU and close to all that downtown Tempe has to offer!!! Landscape included in rent. One time $99 admin fee due at move in.
