Verified residentReview source: verified residentMy rating would have been higher but there were somethings over looked prior to moving in. 1 there were dishes in the cabinet from the last person 2 there was no hot water and we had to wait a day for a new hot water heater 3 the dishwasher didn't work and we haven't received a new yet 4 the screen for the patio keeps coming off track.
