A tenant's income must be 3x the amount of rent.
The tenant must be able to present the following at signing: (1) 1 full month's rent (2) A full security deposit (the amount of which is equal to a full month's rent) for each adult applicant (3) $75 leasing fee
(4) if not paid already at the time of signing, a $35 application fee. (5) proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name. (6) proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
Pets are allowed upon approval of the property manager.
