Great 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home with 2 car garage and fully fenced backyard. All the bedrooms are on main floor! It is located near Minnehaha Elementary School in a cul-de-sac at NE 54th Street with cross street being St. James Road. This home is tucked into a well-established neighborhood. It has a very functional open floor plan that is wonderful for entertaining and everyday family life. It has a covered entry for long holiday welcomes or goodbyes, plus a large 2 car garage for storage and easy unloading of groceries in our rainy PNW seasons. The combination living and dining rooms are very spacious with large windows and a slider door to the backyard. There is an aesthetic gas fireplace currently not able to be used, but lovely to decorate for the holidays. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and counterspace for all your culinary adventures, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. The main bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combo. Both of the secondary bedrooms are very spacious with generous closets and large windows for natural light. There is an expansive primary bedroom with a dressing area and separate shower/toilet room. The dressing area has a large vanity with a sink and a makeup counter with a lighting bar. No pets, please. Tenant maintains the yard care and all utilities.
