The 800 sqft unit has a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. There are also two hall closets for extra storage. Heating is electric baseboards. Window coverings are also included. While the water service utility is included in the rent, the tenant is responsible for paying for the electricity and garbage utility service.
We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease and other documents, and for making and tracking maintenance requests.
Terms:
The rent is $1550.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year.
The security deposit is $1550.00 and is fully refundable.
Renters insurance is required. If you don't have renters' insurance, we offer it through a service in your tenant portal where it can be paid automatically with your rent.
Pet Policy: Pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a $500.00 pet deposit.

You must pay $375.00 of the security deposit to hold the unit and take it off the market once your application has been approved. This deposit is not refundable should you choose not to take the unit unless the reason is beyond your control. You have 2 weeks from paying the deposit to hold, after which rent needs to begin being paid. We will not hold a unit longer than 2 weeks.
