Each room have a full bathroom and a walk in closet. Common living-room area, a small gym area and kitchen. In-ground pool.
Rent is dependent on the room size and is ranging from $800 to $1400. Utilities (water, electric and cleaning) paid as a 1/4 of the total per house amount, until more than 4 total occupants live in the house then the utilities are prorated per person.
2 bedrooms are available. Security deposit required (equivalent of one month rent). Background check required ($55 non-refundable). Proof of income required.
Parking lot on property, each room have an assigned spot for free. Extra parking spots at additional cost.
Minimum renting period is 3 months. Renting type is month-to-month. Rooms are not furnished.
