Verified residentReview source: verified residentAddison at Swift Creek has been incredible so far and with everything of import within 10 minutes from the location, it’s definitely worth the higher rent price. My only note would be as it’s an older and more established complex, the buildings are older and the walls/ceilings are thin enough to hear neighbors. Also, bedrooms don’t have ceiling lights - wish we’d be informed of that before, but again, all the other perks balance it out.
