Deposit is $2,500 + $2,500 (first months rent) = $5,000 to move in. One small dog (under 35 lbs) considered, but prefer no pets. $500 non-refundable pet deposit along with $50/mo pet fee.
No application fee, call or email for an application or to schedule an appointment to see the house. A quick pre-approval conversation preferred before setting an appointment since tenants are still in the house.

Some of the move-in requirements:
650+ credit score
Income to be 3X rent
Prefer no roommate situations. For sure limited to 3 unrelated individuals and 3 vehicles.
Minimum 6 mo on current job. Will make exception if extensive time in related field
No late history from previous rental or evictions
No felonies or violent/drug related misdemeanors
A few months of rental reserves in the bank a plus!
12 month lease agreement
No smoking/vaping
