Our unit is on the first floor, and is very dark due to the bad layout of the unit. The unit was dirty and not freshly painted when we moved in, especially the baseboards. The drywall tape is visible throughout the unit. The management charges fees for whatever extra things they can come up with. It’s a money grab. The complex’s grounds are well maintained, which is the most positive thing I can say.
