Verified residentReview source: verified residentI requested my patio closet door be replaced 2 weeks ago, and nobody has even come to look at it. No contact about it. Nothing. This apartment is ideally located for someone like me, who volunteers at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, but you get what you pay for. This complex is filthy all of the time. Trash blowing around everywhere. ROACHES!! This place is INFESTED with them! GROSS!! Also, cats everywhere. I don't know if these are people's pets or if they are feral, but they sit on my patio and whale all the time...to the point that I'm about to take matters into my own hands to get rid of them!! I'll definitely be moving out at the end of my lease! This place is a DUMP!!
