Verified residentReview source: verified residentI’ve lived here for one year. Within the last month with the new team I’m not happy at all . Very unprofessional , leading agents eating at the front desk . The property is not clean . The ac has been out at the gym for almost two weeks now . The gym restroom was disgusting and I had to tell the leasing agent to get it cleaned .

There was power everywhere in the neighborhood except Belmont after the hurricane and management was not able to explain the reason. 2nd floor parking was closed for weeks though the repair itself only took 2 days (poor planning and organization)
