Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe people in the leasing office are nice but a little unaware. My apartment was not cleaned upon move in. I had to clean and disinfect everything myself. The leasing office was notified and they did nothing. Maintenance takes 7+ days to fix anything in the apartment. 2 of my lights were out and after waiting on maintenence for over a week, I bought supplies and fixed it myself. I have recently seen a roach in my kitchen. I'm hoping that isn't an ongoing issue and maybe just a scavenger. The stairwells need better maintenence. They tend to me littered with trash and dirt/mud on a regular basis. The apartment complex is only 2 buildings so it should be pretty easy to maintain yet... here we are.
