Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe complex is shady. They did not tell me about the towing/parking policy until after I had already signed my lease. This policy has cost me $1.5k in the two months I have lived here. My rent fluctuates when it was quoted to be consistent. The pool is never open, the gym is minimal at best. The gates are almost always open, so anyone can pass through at any time. I love my actual apartment layout, but I cannot have a washer/dryer set up here because maintenance does not clear their ducts frequently enough. The facility I leased these appliances from said this is a common barrier at this complex. Can’t wait to move.
