    My issue is the key swab and having to pay $75 when I shouldn’t have had to. It’s not the money but more the principal. If the apartment had an app where you could open buttons using your phone from the outside. I feel like they secretly want to see the technology fail so you will have to pay them to get it fixed, that way it’s another set of revenue for the property.
