I toured about 5 other properties before picking 5 Mockingbird and here you definitely get the most amount of space for your money and the units are updated as well with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and white cabinets for a nice clean look. Also I love that it’s located in a prime location!! Less than a mile away from Katy Trail and White Rock Lake. Also Lower Greenville is right up the road and offers lots of fine dining. Also it’s convenient having Kroger right behind us, and for those who use public transportation DART is right behind us as well!!
