Converted from an early 20th century munitions warehouse, Northern Treaty Lofts has been beautifully designed where no two units are the same. Attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and reverence to the original structure show in the maple hardwood and polished concrete flooring, exposed structural steel and brick, and original wood trusses. Each space offers the same high quality amenities of quartz or granite counter tops, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, large double pane insulated windows, and full-sized washer dryers. In places you can’t see, your comfort has been accounted for: sound attenuation within the walls for quiet and private living; separate air and heating controls in each unit; and extra capacity gas water heaters for long hot showers! In addition, we’ve added safety features including tamper proof key-less-entries at each unit and the main entrances, plus a remote-door entry system.
