The Gritz: All tenants >18 yo must fill out an application form which is free. Upon acceptance of application, a non refundable $40 background check fee for each adult tenant is required ($60 if previously out of state and we need to run out of state report). Standard deposit of $500 +1x monthly rent is required at move in but this may be negotiable based on rental history and credit score. Proof of steady 2x monthly rental income required. Credit score >650.
