4. Criminal history: Applicants with a history of violent crimes, drug-related offenses, or sex offenses will not be accepted. Other criminal history will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 5. Employment history: The applicant must have a stable employment history with a preferred minimum of six months at their current job. Please refer to the income section for further details.
6. Pets: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a subjective refundable deposit ($1000.00). In addition, a monthly pet rent ($25.00 per pet). Breed and size restrictions may apply.
7. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
8. Application fee: All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee to Zillow ($35.00) to cover the cost of background and credit checks.
