Looking for a female tenant from ages 18-35 that is (CLEAN!), reliable, friendly, and is conscious of others and their belongings in the living space. This is an apartment in the 2nd-floor house. We are currently coed in the house and would like to have someone that has positive vibes only and no baggage or bad energy coming into our environment. Would like for the person to stay long-term for at least 1 full year and if you decide you want to move out after the year please let me know 2-3 months in advance.

•Ridge Hill mall and the Cross County Mall are a few minutes away same as the Ice skating rink, Billiards, and much more (Plenty of things to do).

We share a clean kitchen and a clean bathroom.
There are no bugs, roaches, or mice here (Let's keep it that way, Make sure you don't bring any critters)
NO couples, NO pets, NO smoking.
