Qualification Criteria: Credit Score: A minimum of 650 is required. Applicants with scores between 600 and 650 may be considered with a double security deposit. Background: Must have a clear background check. Rental History: A positive rental history is required. Income Ratios: Rent-to-income ratio must be less than 30% and the debt-to-income ratio less than 40%. Fees and Costs: Application Fee: Please note the application fee is non-refundable.
