This apartment complex is cheap and affordable which makes it ideal for families wanting to save money yet the maintenance is poor and unresponsive, the management is helpful but could use some fine tuning with the way they process payments and issue requests. The 2 bed 2 bath units are not too bad looking and spacious but they have a roach problem and I moved into my unit with some major issues still unresolved like the garbage disposal and 1 one toilet being broken. Iv made numerous maintenance requests and still these issues have not been fixed. My experience here has been unsatisfactory but the price is the most affordable in all of Las Vegas for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a patio.
