2) 680+ FICO score or 12 months of certified bank statements demonstrating your ability to consistently pay rent.
3) Stable employment and/or income
4) Positive rental history and/or mortgage payment history
5) Positive references
Smoking Policy:
THIS IS A NO SMOKING / NO VAPING / NO MARIJUANA HOME.
Applications: We require an amount equal to twice the first month's rent to move-in regardless of when in the month it occurs. We then pro-rate the second month's rent to reflect when the contract was signed in month #1.
Application fee: $65 per applicant (non-refundable), for all intended residents over the age of 18.
Pet Policy:
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets per property as long as they are NOT attack-trained dogs or have a history of biting people or destroying property. They must be at least 1 year old and under 40 lbs. There is a Pet application fee for every animal to be qualified via a professional screening process. There is NO pet security deposit.
Please note, applicants are not accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis, but on a best-qualified basis. We will assist all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or source of income.
