Residence History - We do ask that you provide 5 years of residential history including prior landlord contact information.
Employment and Income Verification - You will be asked to provide your current employer information to verify income and employment.
Credit, Background, and Eviction Screening Reports - The application process does include these reports which are covered by the application fee of $55.
